Hello, I’m Pippa Norman.
A storyteller based in Vancouver, B.C.
I enjoy reporting and photographing stories about business, innovation, climate, and Indigenous issues. I also have experience as an editor and research associate.
Some of the places my work has been published include The Globe and Mail, The Tyee, Canada’s National Observer, J-Source, Ottawa Magazine and CityNews Vancouver. My work has received nominations for awards by the Canadian Association of Journalists and the National Newspaper Awards. I’m a member of the Climate Disaster Project, and I have a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in environmental studies from Carleton University.
I write longform, breaking news, newsletters, profiles and data-fuelled investigations. If you’re interested in following my work, you can stay up to date on my Twitter or MuckRack.
My favourite stories stem from sporadic conversations, so please reach out to me at pippaenorman@gmail.com.
